Refunds, Returns & Delivery Policy
At Uneocreations Store, we value your trust and strive to provide you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, returns, and delivery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
Uneocreations Store does not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased. Product details, including exact size and color, are clearly mentioned to help you make the right choice. We request you to review the product images and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Quality Check
Each product undergoes a strict quality check to ensure it is free from defects before being shipped. However, if you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transit, or has a missing item, you may file a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at sales@uneocreations.com.
3. Refund / Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- You are required to record a video while unboxing the package, showing that the product was defective upon delivery.
- Please share the unboxing video along with your order ID when submitting your complaint.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–5 working days. If your complaint is found valid, we will contact you to process the refund or replacement.
4. Wrong Delivery Status
If the delivery status shows “delivered” but you have not received the product, you must inform us within 24 hours. Please send an email to sales@uneocreations.com with your order ID and the subject line “Wrong Delivery Status.”
Failure to notify us within 24 hours will make you ineligible for any refund or support related to the order.
5. Refund Processing
If you do not receive the refund amount within the specified timeframe, we recommend rechecking your bank account or contacting your bank directly, as processing delays may occur at their end. If the issue persists, you may contact us at sales@uneocreations.com for further assistance.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
As the products being sold are CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS, Refund or cancellation are not entertained.
