Welcome to Uneocreations, we ship out products only after through quality checks keeping your satisfaction as our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase due to a defect issue, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered with our returns and exchange policy.

Return Policy for Defective Products:

Bring on the returns! We happily accept products with defects, like items damaged during shipping.

Time to act: You’ve got 2 days from receiving your product to let us know if you need to return it.

Here’s how: Reach out to us at +91 8828296824 with a quick description and photo or video proof of the issue. Oh, and don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Remember: Custom products are super special and unique, so they’re non-returnable unless they’re defective.

Refunds (if applicable):

We’ll give your return a once-over and let you know if your refund is a go or a no-go.

Once approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

It usually takes 5-7 number of bank working days to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.

Cancellation of Order and Refund:

Order second thoughts? We get it. If your item hasn’t hit the manufacturing unit press yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund. But once it’s processed or out for delivery, no cancellations allowed. In that case, you can refer to our return or exchange policy above.

Shipping Policy:

We’re quick on our feet! Once your order’s confirmed, it’ll be on its way within 3-5 working days. Depending on where you are, it’ll dance its way to you within 4-8 working days after that.

Delivery: The minimum delivery time is 5 working days, and the max is 15, once your order’s confirmed.

For now, we’re only shipping within India, but who knows where we’ll go next?
